Roberts had a bland, non-personal website. They got it cheap from one of the big
retention marketing companys. The only thing that represented them was a 1x2 inch
logo and four paragraphs of undersized copy (the text on the landing page). The rest
was worthless. Every one of the clicks led to either nothing or “nothing available at this
time.” Automotive Presence gave them a face to belong to their neighborhood. Now
they are a member of the community and not just some guy trying to make a buck.
